Deliveries & Returns

Deliveries

Glastonbury Market is a marketplace connecting you directly with independent vendors — each seller is responsible for dispatching their own orders. Delivery times, costs and methods vary by vendor and will be clearly shown at checkout before you pay.

Typical delivery timescales

  • Standard UK delivery: 3–5 working days
  • Tracked UK delivery: 2–3 working days
  • Express/next day: available from some vendors

Vendors aim to dispatch within 1–2 working days of receiving your order. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and many vendors will send a dispatch notification too.

International Delivery

Some vendors ship internationally — check the individual product listing for details. International timescales and costs vary.

Returns

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to return most online purchases within 14 days of receiving them, for any reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Because each purchase is made directly with an independent vendor, returns are handled by the seller. All communication between customers and vendors happens through our internal messaging system — this keeps everything in one place and ensures your messages are seen promptly. To start a return:

  1. Log in to your account and use the messaging system to contact the vendor directly through your order
  2. If your message is not responded to within 2 working days, contact us at hello@glastonburymarket.co.uk and we will step in

Non-returnable items include personalised or custom-made products, perishable goods, and digital downloads — these will be clearly marked on the listing.

Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please use the messaging system to contact the vendor within 48 hours, including a photo. If the issue is not resolved, contact us at hello@glastonburymarket.co.uk and we will step in.
